Reflection

In this cross-disciplinary project, I served as a central bridge between medical and engineering collaborators while identifying project direction and spearheading early-stage literature review. Navigating the distinct workflows and mindsets of these two fields helped me move past my perfectionism, fostering a more pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
